As the founder of the Bilingual child Study Team® and director of the Agency, Dr. Francois has worked for more than 10 years as a full Child study team member in the capacity of a psychologist. His work with children of special needs at risk for special education extend to many years of experience both in  children's hospital and in the Public Schools system.


Dr. Francois has a doctorate (Ph.D.)in clinical psychology and a concentration particularly in School Psychology and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder from Union Institute University (UIU) a member of the class of 1997 at the Graduate School of Professional Psychology. He has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Norwich University. Dr. Francois received his Bachelor of Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

 Dr. Francois is certified in School Psychology, member of the New Jersey Association of School Psychologists, National Association of School Psychologists and member of the American Psychological Association.

The Bilingual Child Study Team is a division of the Learning Center for HAFS, Inc. We are fully registered and insured to conduct busines in the State of New Jersey. We are offering a service that is very important to bilingual parents and their children at risk for special needs.
